Our technician will test and visually inspect accessible timbers and risk areas including roof voids, sub-floors, internal dressed timbers, external walls, fences, trees, tree stumps, retaining walls, and landscaping timbers. Where applicable, accessible areas within a 50 metre radius will also be inspected.

A written report and treatment proposal will be prepared and forwarded to you.

Australian Standard AS3660 recommends inspections at intervals not exceeding 12 months. In higher-risk situations, inspections every 3–6 months may be advisable. Termites can build around barriers, but routine inspections help detect activity sooner.

Our standard treatment for the control of cockroaches, silverfish, ants, spiders (including redbacks) is typically carried out as follows:

• Cockroach gel in kitchen, bathroom and laundry cupboards undersurfaces (no need to empty cupboards)
• Internal treatment to skirtings and empty cupboards
• Roof void and sub-floor treatment where applicable
• External building perimeter, cracks & crevices, under eaves & gutters
• Around windows & doors, garden paths, sheds & garages
